1. Order Cancellations

Orders are submitted to our independent vendors and fulfillment partners for processing as quickly as possible.

Cancellation requests may be accommodated if the order has not entered processing or fulfillment. Once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.

2. Vendor-Specific Cancellation and Return Policies

The Green Door offers merchandise from a variety of independent vendors and suppliers. Each vendor establishes its own return and exchange policies, including applicable eligibility requirements, timeframes, product restrictions, and return procedures.

If an order cannot be canceled, any subsequent return or exchange request will be reviewed according to the applicable vendor's policy and The Green Door's published terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is generally no longer possible.

Customers wishing to return merchandise after shipment should contact The Green Door for assistance.

Return eligibility, shipping expenses, and procedures may vary by vendor.

Please do not return merchandise without first receiving return instructions from The Green Door.

4. Order Modifications

Requests to change an order, including product selection, size, color, quantity, or shipping address, must be submitted as soon as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate modifications before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Cancellations Initiated by The Green Door

If an order is canceled by The Green Door after payment has been collected, the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method.

6. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

No cancellation fee will be charged for an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available.

The Green Door will coordinate with the appropriate vendor to review the concern and provide a resolution consistent with applicable law.

Vendor-specific return restrictions do not eliminate any legally required remedies.

8. Shipping Delays

Shipping and fulfillment times vary by vendor.

If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, The Green Door will provide applicable delay notifications, cancellation opportunities, and refunds as required by law.
